XYLLA is classically trained DJ and Producer that has been cultivating her love of music since her first violin lesson at just 6 years old. At age 8, she began learning the piano which she continued playing through college and up to this day. When she was 14, she picked up her first DAW and started learning about sound design. It wasn't until around 16 years old that XYLLA realized her true love for bass music and funky rhythms. Inspired by Flume, Pretty Lights, Zeds Dead, and Odesza, XYLLA decided that she wanted to start learning how to produce. In college she would obtain a bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering and Music Composition. She found inspiration through musical theatre, performing, and mixing live audio for local bands. At the abruptness of COVID, XYLLA found herself missing live music. She purchased speakers and a DJ controller, and began to host her own mini raves with her roommates.
Upon the decline of Covid, XYLLA began DJing in Denver, and working along side local artists. She would continue to play at venues such as Your Mom's House, The Black Box, Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom, and most recently, The Belly Up Aspen. At the beginning of 2023, XYLLA found herself landing direct support for Said The Sky, and Yung Gravy. XYLLA continues to grow her talents in music production and DJing in hopes of continuing to unify people through music.
